Hoppers, Bins and Silos

Overview:

• Hoppers, Bins and Silos are used to store bulk materials where storage capacities up to 10,000 cubic feet can easily be handled.
• EFM designs and manufactures hoppers, bins and silos for every market including the wastewater treatment, cement, chemical, mining, and aggregate industries for storing many bulk materials.

Application Area:

For low, medium, or high-density materials that have free to average flowing characteristics.

Available configurations:

• Cylindrical Silo with Cone Bottom: For low-density, free-flowing bulk materials that do not bridge in the silo.
• Cylindrical Silo with Mass-Flow Bottom: For medium to high-density, average to sluggish bulk materials that tend to bridge in the silo.
• Square Hopper or Bin with Inverted Pyramid Bottom: For low-density, free-flowing bulk materials that do not bridge in the hopper or bin.

Rectangular Hopper or Bin with Mass-Flow Bottom: For medium to high-density, average to sluggish bulk materials that tend to bridge in the hopper or bin.
