Slide gate

Overview:

• EFM Slide Gates are used to control the discharge of bulk materials from hoppers, bins, silos or conveyors. A slide gate consists of a rigid frame mounted to the bottom of the storage device or conveyor. A slide plate is located inside the frame that either opens or closes against the flow of material.
• EFM slide gates can be provided as a stand-alone component or as part of a complete bulk material handling system.
• EFM designs and manufactures slide Gates for many industries including aggregate, cement, chemical, mining and wastewater treatment industries for controlling the flow of bulk materials.

Application Area:

• Ideal for discharging dry to semi-fluid materials – free-flowing to sluggish.
